This double bill consists of the shows "Hallingline" and "COMODINI". They are two distinct shows, but share the same apparatus, the tightwire.
Hallingline is a contribution to Scandinavian cultural preservation. This contribution is in an extremely niche genre; folk culture on a wire. Through playing ancient tunes on old folk instruments, Håkon sets the mood of the performance and the beauty of weird folk culture. Perhaps the most important aspect of folk culture is of course the folks, the people themselves. This show is no different. The line between audience and performer gets washed away through audience participation, talking, and use of the entire theater space. You'll leave with a warm feeling of togetherness.
COMODINI a unique solo circus show that braids the art of storytelling with the eccentric charm of
clown techniques and skills on the tight wire. In this 40-minute performance, audiences will embark on a journey through the artist's life, discovering the universal threads that connect us all in our everyday experiences. This show explores the beauty of individuality and the power of dreams through a blend of humor, emotion and poetic scenes. The artist will use her abilities on the tight wire as a bridge to share personal anecdotes that resonate with the audience, highlighting the joys, struggles, and absurdities of life. Each segment of the performance will draw parallels between the artist's journey and the audience's own lives,creating a shared experience that is both relatable and engaging.
