I ett helt nytt performanceverk av Tana Maneva utvecklar sig kvinnligt konstnärsskap i kropp och handling. Verket vänder sig inåt för att spegla sig i rationalitet och galenskap, skärskåda den kvinnliga identiteten och luckra upp konventioner. Spänningsfältet mellan persona och det ocensurerade självet.
Tana Maneva är en performanceartist, regissör och skådespelare. I sitt arbete utforskar hon sitt Ankoku Performance Language - en hybrid mellan teater, butoh och dans. Hon är utbildad vid National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts i Sofia, Bulgarien och Subbody Butoh School i Dharamshala, och har turnerat över hela Europa.
Tana Maneva sticker ut med ett starkt transgressivt och avantgardistiskt språk, som kunnat ses i tidigare föreställningar som bl.a. Emergency Exit, Lucifer Effect, Concealed Party, Strange Development och Beautiful Souls.
