Urban Burn Stockholm is a participatory art event inspired by Burning Man. It’s an experiment in creative freedom & participation, conceived, built, experienced and returned to nothing by you! Urban Burn is a non-profit event with no consumers - only active participants. It is also a epic party!
We are renting 2000 sqm of open indoor space at Nobelberget in Sickla from March 9 to 13, where everyone is invited to create anything they like.
Do you want to be part of this? Start thinking about a project, your creation – the Bazaar is your canvas! We'll collect all of your awesome creations in one place so you can start cooperating. You'll be able to either join an existing project or start your own. Have an idea? At The Bizarre Star Bazaar all content is co-created by the participants. No spectators, no passive consumers. Each and everyone contributes in their own way to this magnificent experience. It could be an interactive art project, a trolley for giveaway smoothies, an army of friendly drones, an open stage for improvised performances or just a silent place to meditate. Big or small, all ideas are welcome to our collaborative Star Bazaar!
