Man up! är en dansföreställning om manlighet, normer och identitet. Tre dansare med rötter i breaking, västafrikansk dans och swing/jazz möts i ett starkt och lekfullt sceniskt verk där streetdance från olika tider och kulturer står i centrum. Till nyskriven musik av Zacke Lekberg skapas en fartfylld, berörande och tankeväckande föreställning som utmanar fördomar och bjuder in publiken till både energi, igenkänning och reflektion.

Man up! is a dance performance about masculinity, norms, and identity. Three dancers with roots in breaking, West African dance, and swing/jazz meet in a powerful and playful stage piece where street dance from different eras and cultures takes center stage. Set to newly composed music by Zacke Lekberg, it is a fast-paced, touching, and thought-provoking performance that challenges prejudices and invites the audience to experience energy, recognition, and reflection.

Living Layers - Ett cirkusverk om minnen som inte är våra egna och om tidens förmåga att gå i cirklar. 

I ett arkiv av minnesbilder möts fyra kvinnor som alla bär på ett eko av dem som gått före. Vilken sanning döljer sig i minnen som vandrat genom lager av tid och berättats från generation till generation? Och vart tar vi vägen när den sista som mindes oss har försvunnit? Living Layers tar med publiken till en värld präglad av kvinnors avtryck och glömda berättelser. 

Med hjälp av kraftfull akrobatik, lindans, roterande hjul och pulserande livemusik skalas varsamt ett personligt cirkusverk fram. Det koreografiska uttrycket är starkt präglat av kompaniets tidigare hyllade verk som turnerat världen över. Musiken rör sig mellan stråkar och elektroniska ljudlandskap och ackompanjeras live på scen av dragspel och sång.

Living Layers - A circus performance about memories that aren't our own and about time’s ability to move in cycles. 

In an archive of memories, four women meet, all of them carrying an echo of those who have lived before. What truth lies in the memories that have been told from generation to generation and have wandered through the layers of time? And where do we go when the last one who remembered us has disappeared? Living Layers takes the audience to a world marked by women's imprints and forgotten stories.

With the help of powerful acrobatics, tightrope dancing, rotating wheels and pulsating live music, a personal circus work is carefully crafted. The choreographic expression is strongly influenced by the company's previous acclaimed works that have toured the world. The music moves between strings and electronic soundscapes and is accompanied live on stage by accordion and singing.

From the glitz and glamour to the countless hours of practice, the blood, the sweat and the tears.

Beyond the hard times, though, this story celebrates the inspiration that live performance can offer to audiences and a friendship between two women that has stood the test of time.

Project Omega är en interaktiv dansföreställning för barn 7–12 år där publiken har makten. Med vår portabla black box förvandlas lokalen till ett omslutande cyberpunk-garage där gränsen mellan teknik och människa suddas ut. I centrum står Omega XG5, en AI uppladdad i en mänsklig kropp. Barnen bjuds in för att kalibrera systemet och styra dansen, men plötsligt uppstår en glitch. När säkerhetsspärrarna faller är det publikens val som avgör hur föreställningen slutar.

Project Omega is an interactive dance performance for children aged 7–12 where the audience holds the power. With our portable black box, your venue is transformed into an immersive cyberpunk garage where the line between technology and human is blurred. At the center of it all is Omega XG5, an AI uploaded into a human body. The children are invited to calibrate the system and control the dance, but suddenly, a glitch occurs. As the security overrides fail, it is the audience's choices that determine how the performance ends.

Alveol tar utgångspunkt i barnens egna nyfikenhet. En cirkusartist och en musiker bjuder in
till en fantasifull värld där vi med känsel och hörsel utforskar i en scenografi av mattor som
låter, klot som lyser och ett stort metallhjul.

Hur låter Alveoler? Som små bubblor, prasslande mossa eller som viskningar långt borta?
Följ med in i en värld där små magiska ljud-och ljusupplevelser på scenen öppnar upp för
nyfikenhet och kreativitet för alla sinnen. Befinner vi oss inne i en lunga eller mitt ute i
skogen? Eller hänger det egentligen ihop?

Med Cyr wheel, akrobatik, live looping och elektroakustisk komposition upptäcker vi en
värld av alveoler tillsammans.

A CIRCUS AND MUSIC SHOW FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES!

Alveol takes its starting point in children's own curiosity. A circus artist and a musician invite you into an imaginative world where we explore through touch and hearing, set in a scenography of sounding carpets, glowing spheres, and a large metal wheel.

What do Alveoli sound like? Like tiny bubbles, rustling moss, or whispers from far away? Step into a world where small, magical sound and light experiences on stage open up curiosity and creativity for all senses. Are we inside a lung, or out in the middle of the forest? Or is it all actually connected?

Through Cyr wheel, acrobatics, live looping, and electroacoustic composition, we discover a world of alveoli together.

The performance is presented as an After-School event, where we open the doors at 5:00 PM and treat children and parents to hot dogs and buns!
